I don't usually post this late at night. I can't sleep at the moment because I'm sleeping up at my nieces and nephews house for a week cause their parents are out of town and my sister and I have to baby sit them. All of us are trying to sleep but one of my nieces won't be quiet at the moment. I hope everyone who's in NY is having fun and will have a great time at the luncheon on Sunday. Hi everyone, I'm finally back from SSW. I wish I could say I had the best trip ever, but unfortunately things didn't go like I had planned or wanted. My daughter ended up sick the entire time, I ended up sick the way back, all the photos I took on my new digital camera are completely lost. It seems they never copied correctly, so I have no pictures to share of the trip. I'm so sorry. :-( And to top it off, some of the fellow members of the press at the event were also extremely rude, which didn't help my already somber mood.
The only bright star in my trip was finally getting a chance to meet Larry in person. Thanks Larry for fitting me in your very busy schedule. All the stars had such a tight schedule, which left very little time for much of anything else.
I did take your advice Larry and try the "Soaring Over California,"........WOW, you were right, it is incredible. And for somebody like me who isn't too crazy about heights, I had an absolute blast! (And thanks to my own personal Media Host from Disneyland there wasn't any long wait in line either, a big advantage to being a member of the press I must say :-)
I also had the great pleasure in meeting most of the stars at the press interviews and/or the breakfast at the Soap Opera Bistro. The ones who absolutely impressed me the most, were Ty, Hillary and Kamar. They were extremely nice, and I loved talking with them.

I just wanted to add one more "bright star" to my trip to SSW, and that is I did get to meet some very wonderful fans of the show. A lot of them are not "online" fans, although I hope I might have converted them....hehe I was able to see a completely different perspective, so it was great! I also wanted to personally thank my two wonderful media hosts from Disneyland, who were absolutely wonderful gals. Thanks for getting me around to all the things I needed to do. And a special thanks to Larry's "special agent," who helped me out a great deal as well. I probably would have had to add becoming dehydrated to my list if it wasn't for you. :-)
To Nancy, thanks! You gals are the best, and I'm glad you are all here! I never know what crazy idea you might come up with next, which makes it wonderfully exciting! :-)

Katherine--I'm so sorry to hear that you didn't have the best time at SSW and that you and your daughter got sick. And what a bummer about the photos. I can certainly understand how you feel--I would have felt the same way. But like Nancy said--we have a ton of photos from the luncheon, and at least you have your memories! OK! I have been playing again at "oursammy". Well, you know how I have that "virtual" clock on each page?!?!! Well, I changed the outside spinning "circle" to say "All Larry All The Time HA CHA CHA"! I am such a child. It is like playing with crayons! You must check it out! Now all I need is music! I was so happy I got it to work, and it ROCKS! Nancy aka well who knows today!
