Larry~ hey slick dude! Way to get one by the mouse! "When you win"?? I don't think so! Sorry, no cash and carry for Larry! A *Tatermouse original* wall-hanging for you on the outside chance that you win! A *Larry Lau original* sketch for me when the Cubs win! Best 2 out of 3! The Yankees haven't played there for years, so it should be quite an event...and Sammy's bats are clean! Congrats to Derek Jeter for being named team captain..well deserved! Thanks for coming to chat, Larry. You are such a laugh riot! Go You!! xoxo T*

Hey Eveyone, I really enjoyed my time on the chat with you. Even though my carriage turned back into a pumpkin and my eyelids were very heavy I laughed a lot you all are so funny. Nancy, you did such a nice job. Thanks a lot. I am amazed at all the things you remember from Larry's days on AMC. Wow! NYC crew, I am sorry if our cold rainy Michigan weather hits you over the weekend. The sun is finally out here and for my sanity it better stay that way. Have a great weekend!

To Nicky ~~> It's been more than 30 years since I visited Victoria. I guess I forgot how things were with the time zone differences. BTW, my nephew and his wife are making their home in Vancouver. They were just married last November 2 at a Beverly Hills hotel. I think his wife works for Microsoft. I not sure. ~~>Gee, I didn't know that Larry joined you guys for your chat Wednesday. What did he have to say? I hope it wasn't the Q&A session I was hoping to join. :-\

To Kat~~> Do you have any information on the actor who plays Mitch Laurence's brother - Trevor St. John - at your About.com site? The Imdb doesn't have a complete bio on him. But, it does have photos of him. I'm starting to like the character of Walker. At first, I thought he was as evil as his brother, but, I see how he really is now. Do you think he and Blair might have a romance? I'd like to see Walker become a regular on OLTL. Hehe. ;-)

Hi OLTLfan - Yes, I definitely see a relationship developing with "Walker" and "Blair" this summer or into the fall season, but it's going to be a three-way conflict with another man too. Not sure if this will be Troy, or somebody else yet, I think the latter. I'll see what I can find on Trevor St. John, and I'll let you know.

Larry - Thanks again for the great chat session last night! We'll have to do some more again soon for those who didn't make it this time.

And hey Larry - I found a perfect photo last night I thought you might like  .....(inside joke incase anyone is wondering, so don't ask....LOL)

Happy Saturday! I have a "cute story" to share! It was sunny today...quite the shock...two of my boys and I went out and ran errands all day..getting ready for the big party next weekend...graduations and birthdays..long day...muggy, muggy, hot day and we were exhausted! Just as we were getting off the highway...it started to pour, by the time we got to the house..we were in the middle of a torrential downpour. I said to the boys..."I am getting out of the car and am going to play in the rain"...and they looked at each other and then at me...and I said.."I AM"...and I said you guys should too..so we all got out and played in the cold pouring rain for almost an hour...OMG! I opened the door and called my 17 year old to the door and he looked at us, smiled and rolled his eyes! LOL! I LOVE to look "nuts" to him! He did not want to come out and play with us....bummer...I asked him to get us towels! WHAT FUN! I felt 8 again! We all had a blast...so next time it rains (no thunder or lightning..please)...go out and play in the rain! Get soaking wet...and just feel the rain...it was like a massage....It is SO much fun! I am SO happy for today!....Nancy @)=======

Good evening! I hope everyone had a great weekend! Back to work tomorrow. :( OH well! I made a survey about "Greg's possible return to AMC". This is what we have been concentrating on in our campaign for a while now, and the survey is just another idea to get more information into TPTB's hands. It is simple to fill out. You answer a few questions by checking a box or a button, and then there are a few questions, where you can write more, for example: "If you have a storyline idea for Greg's return", or "If you have comments you would like to leave for TPTB". [You can answer ANY or ALL of the questions.] When you are done, just click the submit button and the survey will be automatically emailed to me. I will then send them to TPTB--> Brian Frons, Jean Dadario-Burke, Megan McTavish, and the soap magazines. So, here is the link: http://aboutlarry.topcities.com/LLsurvey.html If you have any questions, just email me at nancy@laurencelau.com. Thanks for all of your support for Larry...after all...WE ARE THE BEST...as Larry always points out! Have a great week! ==>>Nancy @)====

Hey Everybody! Just wanted to say hello. This weekend I found an authentic Viennese cafe across from the Metropolitan Museum and the coffee was awesome, I felt like I was back in Vienna; and I couldn't resist a slice of their chocolate hazelnut cake, (or, Tort, I think); yes, it was like dying and going to heaven, thankyou very much! I also saw a wonderful play called 'Life Times Three' starring John Turturro, Helen Hunt, Brent Spiner and Linda Emond-- it was great. And I also saw a terrific movie called 'Together'; I took my nephew to see it, cause it's almost kind of his story, in a very loose sort of way. Anyway, all is well, life is good; all my best, Larry.

Gee Tatermouse, you mean you don't fantasize about being asked out on a date with Larry? I mean, who wouldn't? Hehe. ;-) Oh, congratulations to your Cubs for beating the Yanks, 2 out 3. ~~>Larry, I think tort is spelled with an 'e' at the end. Hehe. Just kidding! :-} New York seems to have restaurants representing almost every country of the World. I've been wanting to ask you and the others if you've eaten at the restaurants owned by one of the Food Network chefs - like Bobby Flay, Tyler Florence, or Morimoto of Iron Chefs fame. If you have, did you enjoy eating there? I'm asking because, I'm a fan of their shows. You can learn how to cook by watching some of the shows of the Food Network. PS: While I'm writing this post, I could smell one of the neighbors cooking BBQ! It's killing me! I love BBQ! Don't you guys? It's that time of year again. Yumm! The 4th of July is coming up again. I heard someone last night setting off some of those little firecrackers. Eeeeek! I hate them! Oh, my nerves! >:-|

Keeping polished is a good idea, personally I highly recommend Murphy’s Oil… OH! Not *THAT* kind of polish! ;P I was wondering Larry, what kind of art classes are you taking this time around? Are you still working with figure/form or are you taking still life? Oh… and just in case you *do* get hit in the face (or other exposed part)… and you’re bruising… try Arnica Ointment (doesn’t have a scent) and *excellent* for speed healing bruising. [Speaking as someone who is all too familiar with bruising… it works wonders!!] It also comes as a homeopathic remedy (oral treatment). You can find it now at most drug stores… or your local health food store. Nancy --> I highly recommend frolicking in the summer rain at any time!!! I personally like the added touch of danger when thunder & lightning are involved… but hey... that’s me. LOL! Like you’re surprised?!! Sounds like you all had a fabo weekend. Take care everyone... Hey everyone! Natasha, it's a good thing you don't live in NYC if you don't like Harrison & Calista...I think I've seen them in various papers a dozen times over the past few weeks. OLTLFan~ I live in NYC, but haven't been to any of the Food Network's chef's restaurants. I prefer the smaller, more quaint places that have been around awhile...it gives the city it's character, in my opinion! I'm not into trendy stuff so much, although, I'm sure the food is great. Have you ever been to the city? I know some of you are coming for the luncheon, so if you need the "hook-up" for places to visit, you know where to find me. Jenn..I can't get away from Harrison and Calista here! I went to check my email at hotmail and there they were! "Find out why Harrison Ford is all smiles." UGH! Okay, my tantrum is over now, lol. Anything new in the city for you, Larry? XOXO-Natasha

Hi Everyone! I wanted to let everyone know that I sent 47 surveys to TPTB via email today. I sent them to Frons, Dadario-Burke, McTavish, all the soap mags, and the editors of the soap mags. The surveys were great! Some really clever ideas! Thanks to everyone who filled them out! I will also be sending in hard copies of the surveys tomorrow...to ensure they get them. I will be sending out more as they come in. I received 5 more after I sent out this bunch. It is not too late to fill one out. Here is the link again: http://aboutlarry.topcities.com/LLsurevey.html Again thanks for your support of this campaign and ultimately of Larry! ...TTYS! Nancy @)====

Hey Everybody! Just wanted to say hi. Went to the Museuum of Natural History yesterday and saw the Einstein exhibit; it was really fascinating; also saw two shows in the planetarium which were just awe inspiring; and also, they had an exhibit called, CHOCOLAT, and you know I had to go see that! Anyway, all is well and life is good. I just want to say again that I really appreciate the support from all of you; you're all amazing. Oh, and I can't believe that episode of 'Happy Days' is coming on next week; I just want you all to remember that this was my second job ever in Television, okay, so be nice! And, Nancy, don't bother making me a copy; one of the camera guys at OLTL did that for me last year. Have a great weekend, my best, xo, Larry.

Hey everybody! OLTLFan~ I just saw 'Hairspray' about 2 weeks ago and it was FAB! Whisperers say Kathy Brier (Marcie, OLTL) will be taking over the lead role later this summer (she's the understudy now, and performed for the first time this past Sat.) I'd love to see it again with her in it. I've seen many shows, and my favorite has been Les Miserables. I also really enjoyed Proof (when Jennifer Jason Leigh was in it) and Cabaret. I actually like seeing more local things...there is a playhouse in downtown Manhattan I used to go to a lot and they had some great shows. Have a FABULOUS weekend everyone! And hugs all around! :) Jenn

More fan support hits the mags!!! From the Public Opinion section of Soap Opera Weekly's July 1st edition: "Missing Heroine: Where has Brooke disappeared to on All My Children? She hasn't had a decent story in months. I'd love to see a Brooke/Adam reunion. I recently read in your Appearances section that Laurence Lau (ex-Sam Rappaport, One Life to Live, ex-Greg Nelson, AMC) is going to the AMC fan-club luncheon. Does this mean he's coming back to AMC as Greg? I think I could really get into Brooke and Greg as a couple. -Nancy Brooks, Providence, RI. YAY for Larry and all his fans!!!! :) Jenn

Hey fellow posters! 1. NYCJenn: "Les Miz" is one of the other musicals I've been wanting to see. If I can't make it to NYC, I could see the Touring Production. How lucky you are to have seen it there on Broadway! 2. Speaking of past shows with Larry as a guest star: One of the local TV stations aired the "Frasier" episode - "Where Every Bloke Knows Your Name" - with Larry playing the role of "Steven", about 2 weeks ago. I glad to say, I remembered to make a taping of it! But, unfortunately, at the moment, I don't have a way to make captures of his scenes. Gosh, darn it! :-/

Kelly~the world is your canvas (and your oyster, as well!) I started painting again after perusing some art books from the MOMA this weekend. Nancy~ (aka "mush" aka "stripper") & Kelly, love your theories on hugs...you know I'm going to save the world, one hug at a time. So, I'm giving everyone reading this a cyberhug right now...are you feeling loved & squeezed? You should be! OLTLFan~ Things are expensive in NYC, but really, people make more money here to accomodate that. So, I guess it evens out. Maybe we can trade lives for a bit since I live in NYC but I don't think I'll be attending the luncheon. Although, I think the real fun is going to be hanging out with all these fun people that are coming into the city that weekend! More hugs & love for everyone, Jenn

Hello everyone! Today I am suffering from the inability to frown. =)My brother is improving a little bit with every day that passes; I thank you all for your prayers and support. My friends are the best people in the world, without question. I held the new baby for 45 minutes today, couldn't put her down, she's SO tiny. I had to cruise down the baby items isle at the store today just to recapture that wonderful baby smell. It's hard to believe my boys smelled that good once upon a time. LOL! "The Musician" surprised me with two tickets to see Norah Jones in Schenectady on June 30! Oh and, yes, that's orchestra seating too, Nanc! I might have to let rule number one slide this time ladies. ;) LOL! Life is good! Smile, smile, smile!!! =) ~Just a quote from a really huggable guy: "Choose hugs, not thugs!" Kelly~

Sorry I've missed chat the last couple of times... insanely busy!! We are about to go on our first hiatus (to accomodate both Canada Day & July the 4th next week.) So we've crammed as much as we could into this final week. I LOVE my job!! We had a dunk tank over the past two days (carnival scene)... which was an absolute godsend!! Needless to say there we plenty of volunteers to test it out. ;) It got kind of silly before we had to wrap it out... but I got plenty of pics (okay... blackmail fodder). LOL! So whassup with everyone? Been kinda quiet in here... (not pointing fingers or anything... well, I could, but who would see... no pressure. LOL!) Hello and HAMS to you all! It is so hot here in the BIG APPLE its not even funny; it's just silly! Been really busy here, nonetheless, focusing on my classes and enjoying the city. Saw Barbara Garrick, (Allison Perkins) in an off Broadway play this week abd she was fantastic. The play is called EIGHT DAYS BACKWARDS and I really enjoyed it. The reason I said playing Jaime Frame was a kick in the pants was simply because I enjoyed the role; and my favorite moment was delivering my baby over the phone. You all sound great, my best always!
