It's so funny; I just got my haircut a couple of days ago, you know, one of those impulse cuts, and it's a lot shorter now; so if you liked it long you're gonna like to have to wait awhile to see it that way again; it's just like me to get a Summer cut at the beginning of Fall.
I have absolutely nothing to say except that it's a beautiful day and I'm glad to be alive. Happy B'day to you know who.

Larry a new haircut for a new season is a great idea. You look great with your hair both short and longer. Thank you for signing the picture that I won in the contest. You look marvelous in it. Dear Larry, Hello! How are You today? I'm fine. I just wanted to tell you I really enjoyed your comments in Soaps in Depth recently where you talked about your dreams of having an art studio one day. I think that's so great and I really hope it happens for you. I would like to see some of your artwork sometime. ITA frustrated Sam fan. I was thrilled when I heard that Larry was coming to Llanview. I wanted to like Sam, because of LARRY and I missed him so much when he left AMC. LOTS of Todd and Blair fans are Lau fans, but they can't stand him with Blair because of who SAM is and they're past and his part in the demise of her marriage to Todd! Blair is not the type of character to need a savior, and the only way they seen to be able to achieve it, is to make her completely dependant on him. It's not a dynamic that I as a Blair fan, would choose for her, Todd or NO Todd in her life. I can't believe that TPTB would not consider giving Sam a new love interest that ALL of his fans could actually invest in.
Larry, I loved the scenes with Sam and Blair yesterday. The flirting was a lot of fun to watch. You do that so well, Larry! But I do agree with some of the others that it's too soon for Blair to be involved especially since she still loves Todd and Sam needs someone to be totally devoted to him. Hello! Hey I so want to respond to "Greg and Jenny LOVER"...so I am going to do that in the forum where it needs to be done! Larry...one day of Sam this week...only one....but what a day it was! NO matter the timing (can anyone say Nora kissing Troy the same day she got back together with Sam) of Sam discussing their possible relationship to Blair and asking her on a picnic, you and Kassie did an incredible job! Along with Ilene Kristen and James DePaiva, I laughed and felt good about that show for once in a VERY LONG time! And I swear Mr. DePaiva was going to "loose it" when Roxie asked him if he wanted her to "slap his knuckles with a ruler"...such control! Very good! And "Sam" picking up Roxie and defending Blair was great...it was funny, got the job done, and let Sam have his playful side back! I say Hurrah! It is about time! And I HOPE IT LASTS! .....Nancy J*
First off, I received another package of "stuff" and it was just wonderful. Once again I have to tell you how grateful I am to have fans like you, I so appreciate the support, you really are special. And, yes, I burst out laughing when I unwrapped the specially framed picture of me on the lid of a pint of Ben and Jerry's New York Super Fudge Chunk!!!!! That was the funniest thing I've seen in a long time. Thank you so much; I've got it hanging in my dressing room.
Now, as to the storyline, my guess is that TPTB felt compelled to hurry up the Sam/Blair connection once they found out Roger (Todd) was returning to the show. If he hadn't, it's my belief they would have evolved Sam/Blair's friendship over a longer span of time, giving it time to gain some depth. With Todd's return, a ready-made conflict was fashioned> Everybody's got to do what they got to do, and it is also my belief we all do the best we can the best we know how.
I'm glad you liked the scenes recently, they were fun to do, and there's more good stuff coming, can't wait to hear what you think!
Oh, and about the Chicago International Children's Film Festival, my film, JUMPING FOR JOY, will be featured and shown Oct. 25th and again a week later. The Festival is being sponsored by ABC, (believe it or not), and as I mentioned before, Disney purchased 350 tickets for disadvantaged youths to attend, SO, I'm trying to find a way to make it out there to attend myself and hopefully do some cross-promoting for both the film and One Life To Live. I love Chicago, and I'd love to see that film, (for the first time, by the way), in a crowded theatre full of kids!

Yes, the storyline does seem to be a little bit rushed along. However, it gets you back on my TV so that negates anything else. I think a conflict with Todd is going to make for a very interesting storyline. Keep up the good work!!!
Hiya Everyone! How have you all been? It's great to hear that everyone has been able to participate in the campaign for Larry. I will hopefully be able to get online more and participate as well. OLTL has certainly been keeping me interested lately, I hope that they find a way to bring you into more storylines Larry. Hello everyone! I am here to be a "cheerleader"! LOL! WE need some more letters....and I am thinking about putting a little spin on them. Thursdays show was great. Can everyone write something up about that show or another on of your choice, and state what you liked about the show. Sam, Sam and Blair, whatever you choose. I, personally love the show, and I think they might like to get some kudos....It can't hurt..right!

I found this site yesterday. Fabulous! Mr. Lau, I very much enjoyed your scenes today with Catherine Hickland. You both share such tremendous chemistry that I do wonder why the writers have not allowed more interaction between your characters. Thank you for keeping us updated and for all your hard work. I watched the show today....and I want to make this statement: Sam will forever be defined to me as "Gotta go....and YOUR SMILE[[yes, you Larry]]"! Blair did not stand a chance! That was our take charge, or should I say control, Sam! That little line said so much about the Sam that we love! CLASSIC! "Gotta go" LOL! Great show, I loved it, if you could not have guessed! And the Magazines are AWARE...2 weeks in a row....(in one magazine last week...and in 2 this week) go, go, go! Larry...just how much ARE you smiling????

Wow! That breathless kiss that Sam gave Blair today was great. It reminded me of all those great leading men in those romantic black and white movies of the 40's and 50's.
